Absolutely brilliant dog groomer! Louise treated my beautiful pupper with care and was fantastic! Can not fault this service at all and with reasonable prices she's our go to groomer!

My Cavoodle pup had his first groom about 8 weeks ago. He is due for his next. Louise did such a good job on my Teddy I will gladly bring him back every time. I’ve added my before and after pics.

I would not recommend the services of Louise’s Pet Grooming!!! I enlisted their help to groom my beloved pet – a simple haircut, nails trim and wash. I expected these tasks to be done, so I set the expectations clearly when explaining that I wanted a minimal neat trim done as the cut.In reality, we received a rush job. I fear the business is focused on getting pets in and out as fast as possible, instead of proper, detailed service. Furthermore, our pet has not been washed, the haircut was a buzzcut instead of a trim, and my dog’s nails are heavily bleeding!Horrifying experience!!! They only allowed one hour when I paid for a more personalized and careful service. We will never be back again and urgent other people to be aware about our horrible experience.

Oliver has been a regular client of Louise for a few years now. Louise always does an amazing job. Oliver always comes home looking and smelling beautiful. Louise has many years of experience in pet grooming and always shows so much care to her clients. Her premises at Buccan is huge and there’s so much room for the dogs, no cages!Louise’s Pet Grooming provide a very high quality service at very reasonable prices. Louise is always so friendly and helpful. My Scruff has been going here for quite a number of years now. He does has anxiety issues so his haircut can sometimes be hard for Louise to do, so please keep that in mind if you have a dog with anxiety issues. Having said that, Scruffy is always cut to my liking and his. Thanks Louise for all the patience and understanding of dogs like Scruffy.

If I can give 0 star, I will. The worst groomer I have ever had. I don’t know where all these good reviews come from. She missed washing my dog’s ear! How come a groomer forget clean a dog’s ear!? My dog come back keep shaking his head. I washed a lot of black stuff out of his ear. All previous groomers and vet tell me doodle’s ears need to be plucked. Louise said some vet against plucking ear so she only do it if the owner ask her to do. Well, if that’s the case, you should ask me if I want his ear plucked or not but not saying sorry, I didn’t clean his ear because you didn’t ask me to. Other than missing clean my dog’s ear. The look overall is not good, had uneven patches on his body. No fresh smell after wash.UPDATE- to reply Louise’s reply1, a groomer missing clean ear is not acceptable. It’s not about the $10 refund, I can’t bother getting the refund. It’s about the way you do your work. Missing procedure and careless about the dog.2, I understand there are different views on plucking ear and you stand against it. However, all the groomers and vets I have been to can’t stress it enough how important it is to pluck and wash doodle’s ear to keep the airflow as this breed is prone to get ear infection. It’s the first time I take my dog to you. It’s your responsibility to communicate this with me and check if I want the ear to be plucked or not but not assuming I’m on the same page as you. My dog won’t scream or unhappy if I pluck his ear.3, the picture is not to show pig tail, I get that you shaved his tail because of mats. The picture is to show uneven patches on his body. So unprofessional, home grooming can do better.4, the number of happy customers you have won’t prove anything. Unfortunately I’m not one of them, just sharing my review to warn others who might be blinded by the good reviews just like me5, I have to emphasis again that, in general, the hair cut on his face does not look good and my dog doesn’t have any fresh smell after coming back from Louise and start to smell in couple of days6, no need to reply me anymore, I’m unhappy how you misinterpreted my review. Amazing and affordable! This is my first time taking my dog to the groomers and Louise did such a great job fixing my boy up, he was practically glowing when I picked him up! Thank you Louise, will definitely be coming back again

Thank you so much Louise! I have a long hair German Shepard and we first took our GSD to another groomer who refused to groom her. I then got in touch with Louise who did an amazing job. Not only was she okay with grooming our GSD but she also did the more difficult job of removing the matted hair on our GSD back legs and behind her ears. I am very happy with the service I received, the price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend coming here for those with larger breeds.
