Care Plus Services

Care Plus Services is a company I can trust. My mother received post hospital support, and the staff were wonderful, friendly and always made my mother feel at ease in her most vulnerable moments. Definitely recommend!

Shame on the management of such a disorganised service, your administration team are atrocious and require training in how to be a caring and considerate person.Your care staff are overworked and extremely under appreciated, shifts should not be cancelled or asked to work within 10 minutes of a shift beginning.Organisation is key to running any good business, I suggest you undertake some training in how to do this.Empathy training should also be provided to your management team as they have no clue what this is or what it should look like. Hayley is one of the rudest people I have ever come across in my various lines of work, her employment should seriously be questioned.I seriously cannot fathom how this company still has accreditation.

I can’t thank Care Plus Services enough for supporting my brother to become more independent!Until they started supporting him, I never thought I would see my brother in the community, let alone socialising with others.I would definitely recommend them for any supports for anyone with a disability.

It's one of the worst run companies ever! The number of participants placed in harm is absolutely disgusting. The director/owner should be ashamed of how they treat participants, families and their own staff.

Support workers are brilliant but coordination of workers is very poor constantly having to call the office to make sure that they are sending someone so I can make sure that I can get to appointments I have not had a issue with the quality of work that the carers have provided some have become friends and anconfiants
