I was commuting home on my motorcycle on the M1 travelling south/west bound on 20th of June 2023 around 2:30PM. I was nearly run off the road by a Beaver Williams ute driving incredibly recklessly. He merged into my lane, indicating only after he was centimetres from my bike. I was only able to narrowly escape because of my instant reaction of grabbing the brakes.Traffic was travelling within the range of 70--80kph and if he clipped me, I would've definitely been run over by the vehicle on the left hand lane.As I approached closer to him through traffic, I was hoping for at least a hand wave/apology but he had no remorse for his reckless actions. Instead, he continued to merge and weave through traffic recklessly.Luckily for me, I caught this all on tape and recorded his vehicle plate number of EEN 22F. To all commuters on the road, please avoid this menace. And to Beaver Williams, perhaps rethink who you let drive your company vehicles as it is a direct reflection on your business and its practices.

Beaver air conditioning is located close to the magnificent Jubilee Avenue of Warriewood. Location provides excellent proximity to the comfortable footpaths of Jubilee Avenue which are a comfortable and durable location for smoke breaks when engaged in employment at neighbouring workplaces which are non smoking areas. Views towards Terrey Hills give a good general idea of what the weather is likely to do in the near future. Public transport is available via the 185 bus just around the corner which used to be really good when it continued to Wynyard but now only goes to Brooky which is annoying but then at least you can get on the cool new B1 double - deckers. Dominate local wildlife appears to be ants.

After the body corporate recommended this company for our fire inspections we have had nothing but issues. I have never worked with a more unprofessional company in my years on this planet. They have not been on time once for any of the inspections. last 2 inspections I have had to call and find out where they were, not bringing the right equipment if they bring the replacement parts at all. Professional" technicians not trained correctly with them all telling us different information for where smoke alarms should be correctly placed (which they installed)

Strong name, their workman ship was like was holding your partner in your arms around a nice fire place. Comfortably recommend

In these strange and unsettling times, it is uplifting to experience friendly, efficient customer service, from positive and personable people. This was our recent experience with Beaver Williams and we are very grateful. We wish the business well.

I used Beaver Williams after being supplied their details by my strata manager. My tenants had reported that the split system Daikin air conditioner was switching itself off and reporting an E3 error code. The BW technician attended the site, had no idea what was causing the issue and then I was sent a $235 call out few and a $3800 quote to fix the issue (which was basically replacing many of the key components to cover all bases). I found another company to get another opinion. They sent over a technical who knew exactly what the issue was, sent a quote for $580 (including call out) to fix the issue and it was resolved a couple of weeks later. My complaint to BW was met with very little sympathy or offer of reduced call out fee and instead I was threatened with debt collector / credit rating impact if I didn’t pay the call out fee. Very poor service, find another company would be my suggestion.
