The customer service experience was great. Michael was very helpful explaining the product and the application process. Dan the technician was a quiet polite young man who obviously understands the product and how to apply it. While early days, we are very satisfied with the product and the customer service experience. The car looks fantastic and the dust just seems to slide off.

Finally done ceramic coating interior/exterior + stage 1 paint correction buff + glass wheel, & all hard surface on my car after conversation with michael, he gave me a good deal on the day i booked my car thank you. And also i can't thank enough to adem, the man who done a fantastic job and patiently on my car he even lend me his own car that day. The car's looking new as good and glossy you're a legend adem thank you so much. Maxxi tech has easy to deal with professional, friendly, and trustworthy overall i am a happy and satisfied customer i can recommend this to anyone who's interested in ceramic coating. Cheers!

Had booked my car for a ceramic coating application. Adem turn up on time as arranged. He washed the car, dry it and apply the the Cesar mix coating. He was very thorough and took more than 3 hours to complete the job. I highly recommend Adem who did an amazing job. The car looked amazing.

After I bought the car from the dealer, every time I washed it, I realised how well they hid the damaged paintwork. Lots of scratches, swirl marks and over spray. I called and visited several paint correction and ceramic coating places and then decided to use MaxxiTech. After Adem polished the car the paintwork immediately looked better. When he applied the ceramic coating it looked great. My car is 16 years old but you wouldn't know it! I would highly recommend getting it done, especially if your car is black.

Very Happy with Aussie Tint. Having just bought my Merc wanted to make sure the paintwork was protected. Also had the glass & rim treatment applied. Michael was very professional about the process rang and explained the whole procedure.The boys arrived today and went through the process again, from washing the car and pre-treatment to getting ready for the application. They checked every inch of the car and then showed me all the tiniest imperfections under a bright light which were so small I couldn't really see but they wanted to be thorough so I understood the whole process. As the car is new there were no issues that had to be attended to prior to applying the application. Every inch of the process is explained to you through to the finished product . I have to say the result is fantastic and done at a very reasonable price I highly recommend Aussie Tint. Richard

This mob could not organise their way out of a paper bag, at least when it comes to providing a service in SA. It is strange how this service to be performed in Adelaide could only be arranged via email with head office in Sydney. So many emails. So many follow up emails. So much delay. So much contradiction.We had an agreed price for a full protection service + window tint for my new MX5. They wanted a $250 deposit (which is weird) but then waived that, and later wanted it again but when I said it had been waived they agreed. Until two weeks later when they wanted the deposit again. Again waived.I had asked how much lead time they needed. I was told a week. I contacted them again more than two weeks before I wanted to arrange the service with my preferred date (having regard to when I expected my new car to arrive in Adelaide) and I then spent the next week plus chasing up a response. Eventually, I was then told for the first time that the tinting had to be done on a Thursday and that I had to pay the deposit (you know the one that had by that time twice been waived).It was a frustrating saga. By the end I had absolutely no confidence in the service that they were to provide and so I decided to go elsewhere.It took one phone call and about 10 minutes. Sure it cost me $170 more than that quoted by MaxxiTech, but I do not care. I was left with the feeling that if I went ahead with MaxxiTech I would forever regret it just to save" $170. Definitely not worth it.There are much better options in Adelaide. I suggest those in Adelaide check out those better options. Pretty much anyone

I have always used paint protection on all my vehicles over the years, These guys & there wonderful team even managed to look after my bike.when I saw the results, I could not resist having the rest done. from fully faired sports bikes which I own, to fully customised Harley Davidson's. The product is amazing, the pride behind the team that applies the product is sensational. Keep up the good work guys appreciate your efforts .
