Ferndale Exhaust & Towbars

Took my Subaru XV in to get Tow bar added. Very fast turn around, friendly service, and great price. The bonus was getting a courtesy car for the 3 hours the work took place. Good stuff all round :-)

After the exhaust on my E3 HSV GTS was butchered by previous owner and droned through my head, Chris recommended a solution and fitted a cat back stainless system for me how it should be done. I booked my LX Torana in with Chris today thinking it would be a very difficult job given the car was lowered and also had a drop tank so was not expecting Chris to be able to complete the job in a short time frame and also within my budget., It was a full custom job, not a bolt on exhaust system. Dropped the car off in the morning and was greeted by Chris in the driveway with a positive can do attitude and he seemed very confident that he would be able to accomplish what others suggested was a very challenging job. Received a call later in the day and to my amazement, the car was ready to be collected. A quick glance and I was amazed at how good the system looked. After getting the car home, I jacked it up to have a good inspection and wow I am IMPRESSED. The work Chris has done is absolute craftmanship and you can see the effort he has put in to make this custom job absolute show quality. Clearly his experience with old cars and custom exhausts has come from years in the industry. Priced well = Yes, Recommend = Yes, Happy with my exhaust system..... um read above! I rarely get on google to rate businesses but this is worth the plug. Thumbs up on every aspect.

Had a towbar fitted to my Territory yesterday. Was recommended by a mate.Very dry on the phone booking it in and always seemed to be in a hurry to get me off the phone when I called to ask a couple questions before it went in.Mrs picked it up. Hole cut in rear bar not centre to the tow bar, hasnt even been filed, damage to the tongue surround trim and loose screws in the mudflaps.Have bought some pinch weld to hopefully make it not look like a 3yo art and craft project.Pretty disappointed.

Had a towpack wiring issue on our VW Touareg a year after the install work. Chris happily looked into it and rectified promptly. I understand problems can occur with anything, and am very pleased with this fast and efficient after sales support. Thanks!
