Cannot praise the staff highly enough - the office staff were polite, efficient and super-fast in their responses and Paddy & his removal teams were FANTASTIC - arrived & delivered on time, loaded & unloaded the truck quickly and efficiently and added value with advice about where things should go. He even set up the TV & DVD player for us and advised us about the correct cable to connect the TV to the new aerial. Can recommend the entire operation with confidence.

Extremely highly recommended. We used Ballarat Removals for a large move (big home plus shed) and they were exceptional from start to finish. The quoting process was quick and accurate, Garnet was excellent to deal with and omg the move itself was AMAZING. We have a lot of stuff, including several pieces of antique furniture, and could not believe how quickly, professionally and carefully the team moved it all. I’ve never seen a quicker or more careful move in my life - total pros and very friendly and fun too. They took extra care with the antiques, and honestly with everything. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Ballarat Removals & Storage. We recently used them for an interstate removal and found them thoroughly professional in all aspects from Bronwyn in the office who took our initial enquiry, Garnett, who came and provided a quote right through to the loading and unloading crew at either end. Anthony, Fraser, and the 2 Steves, who were all respectful of our belongings.Pat, our driver also managed to navigate the still severely flood damaged potholed NSW roads, and many roadwork, delivering our possessions without any breakages, which bears testament to both his skill as a driver and to the way he packed and protected our furniture. 5 Stars.
