Went in asking for manicure with SNS. I had a small tear in one of my nails and asked them to SNS over it carefully. The lady was rushing and too busy looking at new people coming through the door that she used the mechanical file too roughly and tore the nail right across.Tried to fix it with glue which didn't work so she cut it and put a tip on. She then continued to botch the rest of nails, file them roughly and unevenly, kept saying she would do the manicure later but then started the SNS process so there was no point doing the manicure.I literally left the salon after refusing to pay for the tipped nail she had stuck on wonky then filed terribly and burst into tears because they look so terrible.Will never go back again. Ever. She even tried to tell me it was my fault they look rubbish!

The staff are very friendly, but they did a terrible job. Worst manicure, not worth it. Spend $10 extra and go somewhere else.

Wonderful experience with extremely friendly staff and splendid job on my sns nails.Highly recommend for people who want to get the nail done for high quality for a value pricing.

The staff are not considerate, they do a very bad job with nails and completely ruin them in the process. They filed down my nails so much just to put sns on and now my nails are damaged. They do not listen to what you want and always rush the job.Please don’t waste your time here, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Following from the horrendous experience 4 weeks ago, I have now had a serious infection on my finger due to the extreme thin filing that was done on my nails and not using clean utensils. I have had to go on a second round of antibiotics and if this infection doesn't go away by the end of the 10 days I may have to go to hospital for IV antibiotics. I am also heavily pregnant so this is doubly concerning!!!NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

This is the best nail salon in the eastern suburbs! They are so fast and when I get SNS it lasts easily a month! My favourite place to get my nails done also amazing waxing! Can’t recommend this place higher!

Worst experience, my girlfriend and I went in to get her nails done and they had completely filled her nails down to the skin.

Amazing nail technicians here - I had a quality manicure that lasted 14 days and it only took 30 minutes!
