Chris Ravenhall has the best push bike shop in the whole of Alice Springs. Excellent customer service and all round top bloke.

Two other bike shops in Alice were booked out for the week. In desperation, I opted to try Chris at Ultimate Ride to fix a loose chain that kept catching. Without approval to proceed with the $407 worth of repairs he said needed doing, he completely disassembled my mountain bike, then called me to advise what his recommendation were (to upgrade to a new Merida ($887)). Have cried three times now about the loss of transportation, as my car is currently off the road as well. Unable to cycle my kids to school or anywhere else is annoying to say the least. Try Smith St Velo or Avanti - at least they will send you a quote BEFORE undertaking any work.

Kimberley was amazing! Extremely detailed and overall helpful with my e-bike purchase. Moreover, she went above and beyond by giving me a thorough of demonstration of how to operate the e-bike. Patiently walked me through the control panels, explaining assist modes and every aspect of the bike. She also took the time to understand my requirements, my riding habits, terrain preferences and desired features(to which by the way the other bike shop I went to did not at all whatsoever!). Her expertise and understanding were evident as she guided me through various options available, highlighting the pros and cons of a few model.Grateful for her exceptional customer service and guidance I am now a proud owner of a fantastic e-bike that perfectly matches my needs. I went into the shop asking for a favour. I wanted an old inner tube to repair my rooftop tent cover just to make it down to adelaide. The staff there were more than happy to help me out! So very kind of you! Much appreciated!

I had the front tyre of my e-scooter come halfway off the rim, as per the photo. Ultimate Ride refused to fix it. Kimberley said it was against their policy to fix scooters. So if you have a scooter that needs fixing, don't go here. The young man at the Caltex Service Station down the road had it fixed in no time.
