A wonderful small-batch distillery with some absolutely delicious Whiskys and Gin (and some great sounding future projects!) We are so glad we checked out this place and heard the story of how it all came to be, the passion of the owners is undeniable! Looking forward to getting into the port and shiraz cask whiskeys when we get home

Visited today as part of Trail graze and was amazed by the efforts that Matt and Sarah have put into buildings. The tasting were amazing especiall the port barrell whisky. Worth the visit. Local treasure

Lovely little distillery, very easy to find. Loved hearing the owners story, and the whisky tasting was very well presented. Beautiful whisky, great flavours and clearly made with much care and pride.

Pretty darn good!! Well worth the drive to this place. I really loved the 'sipping' gin. The whiskey is rather expesive, although it's quite nice.

Love this place. So full of character.Love their two (so far) whiskies too. Delicious. So nice I'm taking a bottle of the Shiraz barrel home.Not cheap, but no quality Tassie whisky is. Worth it though.They have a gin also, but I'm not a gin drinker.Sarah, our host and owner, was very informative and interesting to listen to and talk to.If you're in the area, drop in for a visit and tasting. You'll be glad you did.

One of the hidden gems in northwest Tasmania you should visit if you're a true whiskey lover. Alchemia is a family owned businesses run by two lovely couple Matt and Sarah. Still in it's early days of distillery but serves you very authentic spirits with amazing texture and aromatic layers into it. The distillery itself is a 150 year old barn the couple has modified into its modern- contemporary looks which you'd definitely love to sit down and taste your favorite spirits overlooking-yet to farm-barley feilds. They have the best spirits I've ever tasted in Tasmania so far! Must visit place!

An honest and passionate little operation! Beautifully presented establishment where we were greated by genuine nice people! Honestly its heart and passion in a bottle! The Shiraz cask whisky was a Stand Out and well worth the price! The tour was in-depth and insightful, you really see what they are all about and what they are working towards! Sustainability, passionate and experimental, can't wait to see what's to come!!!! Great great work guys, we will be back!!!

Had a great time at the tasting amazing whiskey and gin then did the distillery tour great experience very informative about all the distillation process if your in Tasmania check it out you won't be disappointed not thumbs up.
