Prouds the Jewellers Wynnum

Last night I went to Prouds at Wynnum to make a payment on a necklace I had put on layby with the Christmas sales. I was fortunate enough to be served by Sarah the Assistant Manager. I LOVE jewellery (a slight addiction) and have interacted with a lot of sales assitstants over the years.I have to say, out of them all Sarah was by far the most passionate, knowledgeable and kind individual I have encountered in retail in a really long time. She could not have been more genuine, helpful and fun to deal with. Sarah made me an offer on a gorgeous set I couldn't turn down. So I ended up upgrading my purchase and added another two pieces opting for an interest free take home layby with their partner Humm. Such an easy and delightful experience. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Wynnum.Thank you so much for the joyous interaction Sarah, I can't wait to wear my new jewllery!

Ring size was perfect. Actually went back and brought thr matching pendant. Again fantastic, friendly, helpful service from all.I just had the best experience with two very lovely ladies. Brought a ring and getting resized. See what happens when I collect.

The staff were great to me over Christmas time, with my daughter Christmas present and as it turned out the stone in the present was also her birth stone, thank you for your help. I've brought other items from Prouds and they do have great stores to look at all those gold and silver items and there incredible watches both men and women watched and kids as well. Highly recommended..

Last Sunday 21st Feb 2021 I went into the Prouds Jewellers Wynnum Plaza branch to purchase a childs bracelet for my granddaughters 5th birthday. It was busy so I waited & when the guy working there served me I asked to view the girls chain braclets & he told me to view thru the glass...they are all crammed onto a small tray & I was unable to look at them all so I asked him again could he bring up the tray & he told me to choose one & he will bring it out...so since i cant view before I buy..I know I will not enter that store again..

I took my watch for repair as it was still under warranty, they contacted me after 3weeks saying it cannot be repaired and offered me to buy one more watch of same brand with 50%discount. I went back today to get my old watch asked for the discount offer and they said the offer is already expired. I had to take my watch back as they mentioned that it cannot be repaired at all. I took it to the repair shop in the corner at Wynnum plaza and all they did was changed the battery and it started working. It cost me just $24 and it perfectly works now. This leaves me to wonder what kind of staffs they have at the back who could not even figure out what was wrong with the watch. I don’t know if they have even looked at my watch and just simply said it was beyond repairable. Not happy with the services at all.

I received a bracelet for my birthday, when I opened the box the bracelet was bent. I went back to Prouds in Wynnum, they could not have been more helpful, they gave me several options to fix the bracelet and or replace the bracelet.I opted to have the bracelet sent from another store, Peta the store manager told me an approx time frame and it was 100 percent correct Peta kept her promise and I received a call the minute the bracelet come into the store for collection. I could not be more impressed. Thank you to the team at Prouds Wynnum for your exceptional customer service.

I bought a maxim watch from prouds Wynnum when I got home to check it I found that the light wasn't working. I called to let them know and they told me that was the last one and I would have to wait another two days for a new one. Very unhappy about this never buying anything from prouds Wynnum again
