I had looked at the reviews before placing an order. Wasn’t convinced with all the negative reviews nonetheless still thought I’ll try and promote small business.Now coming to pizza review: pizza was just so dry and felt like all the toppings were not fresh at all.Called in the store to provide the feedback their response was it’s dry because you didn’t add peri peri swirl on top. I know I don’t work in a pizza shop but I am sure the peri peri sauce on top of the pizza has got nothing to do with the dryness and crusty pizza.Service overall was okay. The service representative named Vicky was trying to compensate me with some credit and was trying to persuade me to visit the shop again. But I was so not bothered to go back again for the same taste. The funny thing was he was accusing me as if I had eaten all the pizza and calling the shop for refund.In short please take the reviews seriously and do not repeat the mistake I did. Dominos is so much better.

Completely disappointed with the margherita pizza. Below is what it is supposed to look like from their website (left) and what we got (right). Can you tell the difference?? And for $23, I feel it is a huge rip-off.

Ordered veggie pizza and on the name of veggies I got couple of capsicums with lots of cheese and dry bread, when confronted, owner was talking so rude and arrogant, owner was arguing instead of apologising, this place needs good owner who knows what customer service is??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON OVERPRICED PIZZA, domino’s is much better.

WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN TO EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH WHAT THEY CHARGE Ordered two pizzas vegetarian and a Hawaiian after waiting an hour the wrong pizza was delivered got ham only, rang to tell them and ask for the correct pizza to be delivered. Had kids here for a sleepover and they couldn’t wait and were hungry so started eating the pizza, a driver arrived to pickup the wrong pizza. I told him that the kids had started to eat it and asked where the correct pizza was, he said it would be delivered soon. Apparently they have to take the two pieces that were left before bringing the new one, what a joke, over priced and wasteful why not just let the kids eat it instead of throwing it out.

Very much below average, I ordered 2 pizzas 1 Mediterranean lamb and 1 meat lovers type one which were very much underwhelming , a carbonara pasta which had no sauce and tasted like old porridge, a garlic bread - Woolies garlic bread is much better, 2 choc mousse and choc hazelnut scrolls with salted caramel sauce which were dry and almost made by a 3 year old. I’m actually really disappointed, I have heard horrible reviews but thought I’d give it a try but wish I didn’t what a waste of money, seriously if you’ve heard it’s horrible take the advice and dont waste your money

A really good pizza! Garlic and herb squares were addictive! The base is tasty and cooked 100% perfectly. And the staff were incredibly friendly. Perfect for a lazy night in! And I’m 100% full from what I ate unlike other fast food pizza stores!

First of all I would say you guys need new manager who knows how to handle the situation, he was laughing and saying these situations wasn't happened with him, there are taking your name and number, make false promises that their managers will call back tomorrow, I had order two pizzas both of them were smelling sooo bad, onion wasn't good enough or may be expired. And brownies were not cooked. It burned when I put it in my microwave.. it was the worst experience I ever had. Will not come back ever again in my life.

The pizza was generous and cooked really well so it’s a 5/5 for the pizza! Was pretty quiet when I ordered so no issue with customer service or waiting time.Unfortunately the place is pretty dirty, outside there is rubbish everywhere and smells like sewage in places, as for the inside it needs a good thorough clean, I only sat on the seats inside and could see build up of dead bugs and dirt that had been there for a whileWith a little bit of love to the place this would have been an easy 5/5 review
