I could not be more impressed with the service provided by Bianca. I reported a minor issue in the morning , which if left unattended could have become problematic. Within a short time I was notified that a tradesperson had been assigned to attend to the issue that day. The tradesperson notified me a little later that day that he was attending to the matter. The matter was attended to and rectified perfectly within a few hours of my reporting.
