PatioLink | Pet Door Inserts for Sliding Door

I have just recently purchased the mdm, and of course because of my door size I had to get all the extras. I was very hesitant about putting this in, but I watched all the videos a few times, built up the courage and did it.It looks great, both the screen door and main door lock into it perfectly.The customer service team were great and very helpful.Our 3 and a bit puppies already knew how to use the dog door but we needed this for the security, which puts us at ease now that we can go out and know our babies are safe.Thanks TEAM

I was amazed at what I could do with this door and how wonderful they were when I needed help. My apartment door is not standard in the slightest and at first I measured it using a smart phone app because I'm disabled (I really don't recommend doing this) the measurement was incorrect so I ended up having to order an extension instead of just having one made at the correct size to begin with. Also the doors are a different type to standard doors where the door fully covers the wall plate.We thought it was hopeless until we called and the amazing receptionist explained what to do. Thank you so much.It looks great as well even as an extension. I needed to get my tradie brother to help install as some parts needed to be bent and twisted to make it fit on my door and that's the only reason for the star down - given the site says that it fits all doors. (I am being a bit mean here because I think my door is evil, but I remember being very frustrated about it at the time)

Fantastic quality product and service. I purchased the large door for my new puppy, which is exactly what I wanted. Due to living in a rental property, I couldn't alter any of the existing doors, so this was the perfect alternative and looks better than the permanent alternatives. The quality of the door is beautiful, and it looks like it was custom-made for the door. I had considered the alternative brands available, but so glad I spent the extra money and went for a good quality product, which is made in Australia. I would 100% recommend it to anyone getting a dog.

Got the Patiolink Greyhound Door with soft flap and adapter. Took Betty a little while to get used to it but she loves it now. Took a bit longer to fit than expected but totally worth itLove the security aspect too

So happy with my new pet door for my little cat! A friend installed it pretty easily and it looks seamless with my sliding door (well worth getting the extra insert for the flywire door!). I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I have the patio link door, about 8 years old, and finally needed a replacement flap after being bashed around by 4 boxers! The customer service I have received has been exceptional, the flap was an odd size and had to be custom cut. This was no problem. From beginning to end the service was fantastic! Thanks again!!

Excellent dog door and absolutely fantastic service. Our sliding doors were slightly atypical and patio link did a great job of making sure we got our product just right. It looks great and our greyhound is already using it (despite being a bit scared of it at first).I have to say that we had significant issues with the delivery of the product (on account of the courier hunter express) but again patio link did everything in their power to ensure the issues were resolved as smoothly as possible under the circumstances. Other than choice of courier there is absolutely nothing I can fault them on.If you are interested in a bespoke doggie door I highly recommend patio link!
