While the staff are all lovely, I’ve had nothing but problems week after week with incorrect payments, and takes weeks to resolve and get the money I was owed in the first place. They take a big chunk of my pay each week for administration for little work, which I’m constantly chasing them up on anyway. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone starting out with family day care.

This family daycare scheme is warm, supportive, professional, caring and have amazing educators that are truly passionate about what they do. The co-ordination staff and educators all work together as a team to provide the best outcomes and quality care for the children. I highly recommend them to educators and families alike who are seeking quality care. Putting children's needs first in a small group setting.

Unreliable, Unprofessional and basically in it for the money! Do not give them your money.Had high expectations of one of their family day care services and turned out to be a nightmare...Found myself without any day care 2 months before going back to work, no notice or explanation given. Would not recommend to anyone! Athome did not give me any feedback or help either.
