Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Sent an invoice in December last year after we hadn't had the service in a long time. Proceeded to keep sending me invoices even after I replied to say we no longer use their service. Received a call today from a rude women, claiming I owe money and will go to a debt collector....good luck to you.

We have been using this service for more years than I can remember. Big extra bin, collected monthly, that takes care of all those 'extras' that appear. Extra friendly office staff are always there (well 9-4 M-F anyway) to answer queries and resolve any problems. For the cost of a few coffees per month, we ALWAYS have the capacity to handle our waste stream. Highly recommended.

You can't miss a pickup. My bins not full. Rang to defer to next month and told you can't they HAVE to pickup regardless. Well that's useless, I gave notice, there's no reason you can't skip me for one month. Will see out my next few pickups and then cancel

I have been a trash and stash customer for a monthly 240L bin pick up for more than 20 years in two locations, Watsonia and now Heidelberg. They consistently pick up the bin on time and have even helped us out on the odd occasion where we forgot to put the bin out on the nature strip. The service they provide fills the gap for us between what the council can’t deliver to its rate payers. If we ever have extra rubbish they just tell us to put it next to the bin and they will get rid of it for us for a minor charge. Value for money. We highly recommend Trash & Stash.

Quick and efficient service. But left a heap of rubbish behind that came out of the skip. The skip was not overloaded. I paid to have all the rubbish removed, not just most of it.
