I'd give a zero if I could.Staff yelled at customers in the carpark just trying to cross the carpark to the footpath. Yelled at my kids who were walking so carefully and well behaved at the time. We were about to go in but decided to go elsewhere instead even though it was an extra drive. The language used was not appropriate for kids, support worker with us even commented on the interaction. On our way back out of the centre we saw the same lady in a confrontation with an older lady who was trying to use the disabled parking bay. I'm not sure that policing pedestrians and car parking bays is a part of the lease agreement with the centre.

Worst customer service. Went there around 1:30 on Friday the 7th Jan. The girl at the counter wasn't wearing a name tag but she had very short curly maroon hair. She was so awful, didn't say hello or look at us and seemed annoyed when we asked for a bag as we bought alot. Didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day. Spent almost 80 dollars there too.

Some good stuff, but at higher prices than you'd expect. Grocery items are more expensive than the woolworths, a few shops down. The rest can mostly be found at silly sollies, for cheaper prices.

The staff training at this store must be exceptional. If you happen to wander down an aisle with a staff member in it stocking the shelves or just tidying up their first reaction is to say hi and ask you how your day's going...followed by 'is there anything I can help you with'? It just makes for such a pleasant experience...they make you feel like they're glad you stopped by instead of the usual you're holding me up from something I'd rather be doing. Complementary to the awesome staff the store is always well stocked and clean and shopping there is always just a feel good experience.

Went to return a product today as it was too big for my needs, told they don’t do refunds for change of mind!Very disappointed. Wife and I have been shopping here since April last year when we moved to the area. Bought plenty, returned a few items when not what we wanted, no problems. Now everything has changed as we found out.You want people to spend hard earned money in todays world when people are hard up and you won’t even consider refunds to items not fit for purpose for the customer. Sad that profits are more important than customer service.You’ve lost us as customers.

I shop here every so often and always had good experiences. Last year around Christmas, I bought the biggest cat scratcher they had and the guy helped carry it to the car which was a fair distance from the shop, I thought that was really lovely.
