The Darling

I had a lovely stay here last night with my partner. Huge thank you to Yvette for upgrading our room to a suite with a view! I celebrated the evening of my 21st here and she was so lovely, going above and beyond to make our stay here the best and even writing a little card that was later delivered to our room. The service here overall is impeccable and definitely worthy of 5 stars. Even the small touches like inbuilt wireless chargers on the bedside table and Balmain products. Worth every dollar !!

Had a couples spa day with my best friend at the Darling Spa and it was amazing. We had a private room and we both had a scrub treatment, shower, massage & facial. The entire Spa smelt amazing like lemongrass. The facilities there are beautiful.

Recently stayed here and the highlight was definitely Brad at the valet and conceirge. Welcomed us in, took our stuff as we were there well before check-in and made sure everything went up to the room. A big asset to the hotel and was a great way to start our experience. Thanks so much.

Our stay was a pure delight. We were welcomed at our arrival (~11:30pm) by very friendly and professional staff. Thiago was amazing, he knew it was our wedding night and offered us one of the best rooms we never had. It was magical. Thank you again Thiago, you made our stay memorable. Looking forward to come back for another stay.

Highly recommend. Stayed for 1 night for our anniversary in the Deluxe Adore Suite. The room is huge, luxurious, clean, comfortable, modern and has everything you could possibly need or want. Service was outstanding. Hotel is overall extremely luxurious with a beautiful scent in the lobby. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at with a panoramic view of the city. Cannot fault it. Truly incredible experience.

We had a mix-up with accommodation and the hotel staff were incredibly patient and kind. I believe because we all remained calm and respectful of each other we received an upgrade to the penthouse - it pays to be nice. The suite was huge, clean and the spa bath was amazing. The views are ones that I will never forget - Thank you Vanilla and Byambaa for your incredible customer service.

The Darling Sydney has never disappointed.Whenever I am traveling to Sydney, I'll be sure to always check The Star or (specifically) The Darling to see what accomidation they have avalible. You definitely get what you pay for. The location is amazing, the customer service is stunning and the rooms are luxorious.A special mention to Michelle, who has funnily enough been there both times we have visited. Both times we were at the Darling, we were in Sydney seeing some k-pop concerts and Michelle both times made genuine conversation and connected with us on the subject. The biggest standout for me was not only did she remeber us from 6 months ago but she made the effort to really make us feel welcome.Unfortunately both times we visited we didn't try any emenities or connected resturants/bars. But would love to in the future and hopfully one time experience some of their high-end suites.

The star are exceptional especially Chloe and Joanna at the darling front desk both were friendly, highly professional, accommodating attention to detail they really went the extra mile.They made our stay a perfect seamless special experience thank you ladies!Room 1276 is beautiful and great design and deco and the view looking over the water and the harbour bridge is absolutely stunning. All staff were happy to accomodate our request and really friendly and welcoming. In room dining menu is amazing so many options but every meal we had to the pool menu to in room, James at the pool bar made amazing cocktails with a personalised service thank you!All Dining options has been exquisite.Thank you to all staff for going above and beyond.The room itself is sleek,modern and well executed and high end.I even went to the spa and treated myself to a facial and massage and was blown away by the service and the high end qualityThank you all at the darling for making this experience the most amazing hotel stay we ever had .

This was the best hotel room I have stayed so far. I booked Jewel Spa Suite for my husbands birthday. Ali one of the staff upgraded our room which was really nice of him. The room was amazing , clean , spacious and the view was awesome. The service we got from their staff was great especially from Ali. I hope the hotel reads this comment and pass our appreciation. Will come back again for sure. Worth the price.

We absolutely loved every moment of our stay at The Darling.We were there for 6 days and the staff were amazing. The property was superb and our suite was stunning. The location is perfect, particularly if you’re a foodie and very easy to get around.We’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and this by far was the best we’ve ever experienced.Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.Overall a 10/10 ❤️
