I’m so over this GYG, they used to be good and I don’t know if they have new management and staff but they have gone downhill really fast. Every time I order from there I have to wait 10+ minutes in the waiting bay in a hot car with screaming kids in the back seat to spend $40 + for the stingiest servings.Today is the last straw and I won’t be going back as it was 1:15pm and me and another car are in the waiting bay, it wasn’t busy and it took 8 minutes for the car in-front of me to get a single burrito and 10 minutes for me to get 2 nacho fries and 3 $3 tacos while my kid is screaming in the back, when they finally came out to give me the food no apology for the wait and I had to ask what the hold up was seeming though they weren’t busy and I said this has been happening every time I order here now and she just handed me the food and walked away without a word. We drive home and go to eat to see there is barely any food or toppings and the tacos are 80% lettuce so we don’t touch it and my partner drives all the way back to get them to remake it and she continuously asks what the problem is and when he showed her the food and the quality of it and explained how we had to wait in a hot car with our daughter for so long and she said nothing no apology. They remade the food adding only a little bit more topping on but I hope they learn how to deal with their customers better and are more organised when it comes to preparing food.

Had Guzmans over 30 times from this store. Tonight at about 7pm was the worst I've ever had. We asked for no pico degallo and it was in all 3 (i am alergic to tomato so had to throw mine in the bin.. Spicy.. not spicy at all. Actually completely bland. The legendary chips were cold and completely under seasoned. Was a complete let down, doubt we will go back after this experience. If you have new staff train them better.

We love the food here, when they get the orders right. Lately we've been walking in as the drive through is a shambles. Even then, I've had them take 3 goes at one meal.The staff are lovely and apologetic and the food is good once you get the right stuff.

Please fix the quality issues, I love GYG and get it multiple times a week but no more I'm done. This store is very hit or miss but lately the quality has been atrocious. I ordered a breakfast burrito the other day it took over 20mins, I'm used to crazy wait times here so this wasn't a big issue the thing that annoyed me was that it was cold when I received it and now today we ordered my partner a burrito and they got the order completly wrong, I also ordered some tacos and they were empty literally just cheese and a tiny bit of lettuce, so disappointed with this store. I used to love to order quesadilla's at GYG but this place ruined them for me the quality so inconsistent with no fillings prices are to high for how little effort they put into your food.

I'm usually always coming to this GYG because they always do it good there but today was just atrocious!! i ordered a regular burrito with pulled pork, and when i went to take my first few bites i didn't get any pork at first i was like oh it must be in the middle but no, it was at the VERY end of the burrito like i didn't get any meat until my last few bites. i'm VERY disappointed. please be more thoughtful of the customers and give them what they pay for.

Just wanted to share that we always love the food at pimpy guzmans but tonight was extra good. This lovely young lady named Jasmine gave great service and went above and beyond for our order. It's no fun when you have the cashier talk over you while you make your order at the drive-thru. We don't understand what it is about drive-thrus that make them think it's okay to finalise a customer's orders when they're not done ordering yet. What's so difficult in simply asking the customer, Anything else?" rather than saying

I just want to say a special thanks to all the staff here. I am a regular, go here 3-4 times a week as its low calorie and very tasty food. The staff here are so nice, always accommodating and very hard working a polite. As a small business owner I think the owner of this business should be aware he has incredible staff. Yes I have had tacos not filled and a few other things but were all human. Yes there are processes but every time I have brought it to their attention politely and respectfully they have bent over backwards to ensure I am looked after. Furthermore I usually have one of my dogs with me in the car when I'm going through the drive though, they always give me a little cup of chicken or fries and that stuff means the world as a customer...thats going above and beyond, so I really appreciate it.
