Jo has been so helpful and realistic about my weight loss progress post gastric sleeve. She sets manageable and achievable goals with so much information available. Sharon in admin has also been fantastic, as I am located in country WA and making arrangements has been a breeze with her help. I would recommend Diet by D'Zyne to anyone looking for guidance, whether post surgery, for weight loss or just to achieve particular goals. I can't say thank you enough.

Thank you to Jo and Diet by d’zyne team for helping me manage and maintain my weight!Jo is knowledgable and experienced dietitian who invested the time to get to know me better, my eating and snacking habits in order to help me lower my weight and subsequently manage it without her further support.Each time we met Jo wanted to know exactly how the proposed diet phases worked for me. She carefully listened to my needs and then tailored my diet plan to enable me to enjoy family and friends gatherings as well as managing my weight.Jo set realistic goals for me and reassured me to be patient during my weight loss journey. And she was so right. Like anything else in life, loosing weight, takes time, patience and determination. 6 months in to my journey I am 10kgs lighter.I still do regularly catch up with Jo just so I don’t get too comfortable with my new weight and eating habits.Thank you Jo for your time and all the advise you have given me!
