Living In Style Furniture

I having been using Living in Style Furniture for over 15 years now, and still have pieces that have lasted very well with my large family. In fact when I order new items I have passed on my lounges to family and they still look great and are in excellent condition. I guess being Australia made makes a big difference. Nelly has helped with some great styling choices and Arthur’s knowledge and experience in the furniture business is exceptional. The new store is amazing and now that they have a website which is great, means I can browse before I go in store. Highly recommend if you want furniture that will last and is designed for you.

Does not deserve even 1 Star , have no option of 0 . Guy in black jacket working today ….. what a waste of human . Absolute disgrace , has utterly no sense of customer dealing .

Arthur and his team are fantastic! I came in explained exactly, what I wanted and I ordered my new mattress on the spot for an amazing price. It was delivered the next day! The staff were friendly and polite. I brought the mattress 3 months ago (still loving it)and I can't recommend them enough.

I waited 4 months and 15 days for this product to arrive at my house, but the gentlemen who came to my house were extremely careful when delivering the product. I like my furniture. I will go to this store again and plan to buy new items. It takes some time to deliver your furniture to your home, but all the employees who help you with the product are polite and do their jobs diligently. I thank them here for their service.

decided to come and purchase our lounge from here from family members recommendation.when we attended the showroom, they had nice furnitures on display and we were firstly greeted by a lady asking what we needed and upon advising her what we were looking for, she directed us to the manager Arthur to initiate our request.throughout the discussion of our request and negotiation of pricing, we felt that Arthur seemed to always be on the phone 24/7 and would walk-off attending to other customers every 2 seconds and found that we were left alone countless of times waiting for him to return to our discussion, and multiple times i would find to be repeating myself but eventually after drawing up the design and settling on a choice of fabric, we locked it in.we were firstly advised that it would take 6-8 weeks for the lounge to be made and delivered to us and we would receive a phone call or text message about a few days prior to settle on a delivery day which these were accepted.after waiting almost 8 weeks and received no notification, i contacted the store only to be tossed around by multiple consultants telling me different things and how i apparently have to wait a further 4 weeks when i had a written agreement that it was 6-8 weeks. the lady on the phone kept cutting me off and was very rude and unprofessional.when my lounge finally arrived, the fabric was completely different to what we had chosen and after sending some photos with comparison to the one we requested and speaking to Arthur about this, we apparently had no idea what we were talking about and that it is the fabric we chose when it clearly is not as we are not colour blind and can clearly see that the fabric pattern between the two are very different.after some thorough investigation from Arthur, he came to find that the mistake was made internally and it was indeed the incorrect fabric choice and the option we had is that he can discount a few hundred dollars off the remaining balance, or to re-order the correct one which could possibly take another 9 weeks.having no choice and no guarantee that in 9 weeks time we 'might' get the correct one, we swallowed the bitter pill and took the offer of the few hundred dollars off for the inconvenience.but seriously, please do something about your service and getting your customer orders correctly.

I ordered my bed on 3/10/2020 (order 36200), with ETA Jan-Feb, and as of today May 2nd after tons of ignored phone calls and messages to Arthur’s phone I have nothing. In March when he decided to pick up one of my calls he told me, my bed was finished in February but because I chose white it was a problem and bed would have to be sent to a different factory for painting because they had issues with spray gun. Beginning of April I was given the same excuse. I ordered white bed in October so why is it an issue now.On a top of it I was given an attitude that I have already received a new mattress but paid only $500 deposit so I should be happy.That’s not the point.Yesterday I cancelled my order via text to Arthur, of course with no acknowledgement.Today I will be sending an official email cancellation.Thank God I didn’t order sofa and bedside tables from here. My place would still be empty.

Went to all the furniture stores we couldn’t find anything to suit the space in our house. We drove past LivingInstyle and decided to have a look. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and straightaway we found the furniture we were looking for. Arthur and the staff where so helpful and accommodating with the design and looks we where after. We had so many options with fabrics, colours and designs and Arthur was very forthcoming with ETA’s. We got all our new furniture on time and are very happy with our purchases. Thanks again LivingInstyle and I look forward to doing business in the future.
