The staff and gym are really good. They are super respectful and tend to your needs whatever they may be full stop the understanding and help out. Would highly recommend anyone going here.

Gym is always clean and organised. No weights lying around or having to chase down pairs of dumbbells. As someone that does their own thing in the gym I struggle with form and approached Garth to ask for advice. Garth was more than happy to help. He came across passionate and was very knowledgeable in the questions I asked. Thanks Garth!

Excellent facilities and staff.I was only in the area for a week.That posed no problem to the organisation.If you're looking for a gym in Mt Gambier, this should be at the top of your list.

Owner was fantastic and very welcoming upon my first visit. Great range of equipment and variety of energy drinks.

Gym is always clean, most of the other members there are very respectful of each other, staff are super friendly.Keep in mind it is a small gym and it feels like it can get crowded in there quickly but great gym to sign up to.

Garth have built up a great team with a lot of enthusiastic members!His friendly personality would make people want to come every day!It's a pity I live in Adelaide!

**update**Keeping my original review below as my initial experience was quite good. However I’ve been overcharged multiple times for my type of casual membership, including being charged for two weeks when requesting to cancel my membership when it wasn’t even active. What was great service has clearly turned into sneaky payments that went unanswered when trying to get clarification via email.**original review**This gym has a great range of memberships, and had one perfect for when I come and visit my parents. They have a wide variety of machines available and gym is kept up to a very high standard. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Easy recommendation to anyone thinking of joining a gym either full time or for a casual visit

Spoke with Mel and Garth who were both very accomodating off the bat. The gym is fitted out with a wide range of equipment to complete any workout. Staff are absolutely lovely, gym facility and items well maintained and gym is kept tidy and clean. Plenty of room to work out as well. Absolutely perfect for a causal visit.

Polite staff, clean environment. Range of equipment could be expanded.

A great gym with lots of equipment, took a effort to get a membership but it’s worth the time.
