Staff are friendly... Taking a little too long with the people ahead of us at the till. But pleasant experience. I'd go back. Prices were better than Pet City for the aquarium gear I was after.

My partner and I went into this pet barn with a puppy we’d just purchased. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful but special mention to Bruce.. Bruce was SO unbelievably helpful, he got us something comfy for our puppy to sit in while we shopped, offered sound advice on tips and tricks for having a new puppy, and we scored some great deals. He even stayed 30 minutes after his clock off time to assist us.

wow wow wow first of all this is the friendlies people I have had the privilege of meeting in a while and to top it all off are so helpful and smiling and just was such a pleasure to deal with. The most important was how they looked after my Dog and the grooming was great. Keep up the good work and ill be seeing you soon.

Petbarn Ellenbrook is a great store and all the staff members are helpful, friendly and caring. The premises are always clean and tidy and they stock the high quality dog food I like. The grooming service is impressive and my very hairy dogs have always come out looking amazing and I know they are well treated and cared for while there. I recently lost my older dog and the staff were compassionate and kind during this difficult time. As a result of all of this, they have earned my loyalty as a customer and are hands down the best pet store in Ellenbrook.

Big store with alot of different inventory and brands, the work staff is always helpfull and nice and the self care dog wash stations are always clean and easy to use.
