SoilWorx Werribee

Couldn't be more disappointed with their veggie mix. We got $245 worth of it delivered around 6 months ago, and I have waited until now to see how the first crop have faired in it, in our raised veggie patches. When we received it we were startled to find glass fragments, and even a reflector from the road mixed up in our veggie mix (this must have come with the mix as the soil wasn't dropped onto our road at all). Now we know that the mix is extremely hard and crusty on the top layer, even with soil wetter used several times, and mulch, and our veggies are not going well in it at all, even in one patch where we have tried to improve the soil with extra manure and compost. Also, the original manure that came with it must have had weeds within it as we had weeds sprouting in the mix from the beginning, even though they should have been untouched by weeds. The only good thing I can say is about the swift delivery and the accomodating staff member who supplied our soil. We definitely wouldn't be buying this again and quite frankly I think we deserve some kind of reimbursement for this appalling soil, as it is not fit for use as described on the website.

Booked in for the morning delivery slot, 7-11. Was told multiple times it was on its way. Didn’t arrive until 2:30 resulting in losing almost a full days work waiting for delivery. Considering the price being more expensive then everyone else definitely would not recommend.

SoilWorx Werribee is opposite Werribee Mercy down a service lane. Lots of parking off street and you can drive through, park up then drive out again after loading up your car. Friendly expert service from the salesperson who was also a horticulturalist!I learnt a new thing about stone dust and scoria which you can add both to your soil for trace elements and minerals and drainage (the scoria)

The Team at SoilWorx are amazing and extreamly helpfull, from the team instore, over the phone and even the delivery teams offering to help relocate items to my back yard and altering orders I miss calculated. Professional in everyway and so accomodating and flexible. A great selection of products, there was allmost nothing they didnt have when it came to my project. Overall, I am extrealy happy with SoilWox and will definently be using them for my future landscaping adventures. Items purchased. 75mm Sleepers, recycled roadbase, Garden soil, premium sand, Natural charm pebbles, Oriental Spark pebbles, mulch and much much more.

If you need anything to do with soil or building materials, Justin is your man . The downside is that's when I called up soil to organise to have my veggie garden mix prepared, the girl on the phone informed me that the Werribee site had , no soil , no top Soil and no vegi mix . As evidence by the photos, none of those claims were true.As such, I would recommend going to the location to get what you want as opposed to calling because when you call up, you get sent to the next available person who answers the phone somewhere in the country who uses a database to determine if the product is on site. This system clearly doesn't work.

To the team at soil worx werribee, I'm a employer in the building industry and have been going to the werribee branch for well over 20 years.I have to say I try to get product when Justin is on shift as the experience is absolutely spectacular. I as a employer have watched him many times on how he does his work, howImpressive!!! Justin is a champion. I bought the veggie mix of him for a new veggie patch as well as for fruit trees in our garden. The soil is amazing, as we had a bumper crop of tomatoes, chilli's, capsicum, eggplant and other veggies over summer and now we have broad beans, mixed lettus varieties and more growing like crazy. Highly recommend soilworx customer service (thanks to Justin of course!) as well as the quality of the veggie mix. Number one!

Purchased some items for my gardening project, and had a wonderful experience.I had great communication from the staff, and everything was promptly delivered.The delivery driver was also very polite, helpful and professional.Overall a wonderful experience, I’d happily use their services again in the future.

I've had about 4 deliveries so far to home and the staff at Werribee if I visit or ring are cool . The delivery side is great the drivers have dropped each time where I needed it and I wasn't home . The tech side for deliveries I find cool as well .Top job to all .
