Complex at the Ohana on Beach Road Batemans Bay was beautiful & allowed our fur baby to holiday with us too. Very clean & tidy with amazing views. Everything you need is in close proximity to the accomodation. If you’re looking for delicious fresh fish n chips highly recommend Innes Boatshed in Clyde Street overlooking the bay. Certainly will be staying there again.

If I could give the property I booked in for a month stay with zero stars I would. 7 Long St Paddington. It’s the lower level only. It is referred to by MadeComfy as Mini Blue.It potentially had lots of positives but all were superseded by the fact I have been unable to shower in 4 weeks. There was a dribble of pressure of water out of the shower at any point in time. It was a trickle (less than a dribble) during normal showering hours when other waterworks were being used. I have had to use a saucepan pot to fill up and wash myself with in winter temperatures in order to be clean.I cannot therefore provide any other positive experiences of this residence… the health and safety issue of not being able to clean oneself adequately has simply outweighed any positive feelings I have had.Amy

87/230 Elizabeth St - Surrey Hills, Sydney, 2010The key collection was confusing. The key safe is clunky and nobody that works in the pub actually knows anything or maintains the key safe. I was intimidated walking through the bar alone on Friday evening to the key safe. The building feels safer than the street. There’s key fob access, and you require a key fob to access the lift.The apartment smelt like cheap, unclean, sweaty cologne. The blinds in the lounge were broken, did not close all the way over and were missing a vertical strip. The unit is very outdated. The light switches yellowing. There is damage to the interior doors and floor tiles. The sofa has one leg much shorter than the other, it’s more like a rocking chair, with disgusting stains on it.There were pieces of loose dust, dirt and grime on every single floor surface. There was rubbish and dust under and behind bar stools and the rubbish bin. A previous guests Make-Up retail bag was still hanging in the kitchen. There was dirt festering on the ground beside the vacuum. The decor items hadn’t been moved and dusted, so dust gathered behind them.The bathroom felt grotty. A cheap, brown curtain hung poorly over the hot water system, so when you use the toilet your staring at a washing machine, cleaning supplies and the hot water unit. There was dirt behind the toilet. Unacceptable levels of dust on top of the tiles.While out for dinner, I misplaced the keys. Madecomfy couldnt help, had to pay to stay at another hotel. They assure me I will be back in my unit by midday. I’m wearing yesterdays clothes, underwear and have no toiletries as they are locked in the unit.They call shortly after 10:30, they’re asking for money ($50) to send someone out.I call every hour. By 2pm I was calling hourly for an update and requesting someone from operations call with an estimated time they can drop the key back. MC refused to give any further updates other then “we are trying to communicate with the operations team”At 4:30, I call again, the keys have been returned. Returned to Pub. No keys. Barman cant help. After a 15 minute wait, I’m told “the key is in the mailbox at the property” I ask her how we are supposed to get into the fob locked door, and how to get into the locked mailbox. She can’t answer the first question, but tells me “the mailbox is unlocked”We have expensive work items in the unit, laptops, phones and a Nintendo Switch. She doesn’t seem to realise how silly this was, and that our things could have very easily been stolen.Two residents let us into the building. They keys are there. We grab our things and politely, GTFO of that unit. I tried to return the keys to the key safe, but the safe wouldn’t work. so I left them behind the bar with my new mate, the nameless bar manager.Don't bother with this shambles of a company. Yikes it was literally the WORST

Our experience with Made Comfy and never to be repeated.As we had to attend a funeral service in Sydney we arranged accommodation with Air B and B and with other experiences assumed this was a private arrangement with an individual.We were advised access was from 3pm on the Thursday and as we have family in Sydney we booked through to the Sunday. We requested access 30 to 60 minutes before 3pm as the funeral service/memorial commenced at 4pm, we were advised that if we required earlier access to commence the day earlier at a cost of approx. $600.00, we declined the offer.We arrived at 3pm and as per instructions went to the lock box, it was faulty, and we could not get the key. We rang and discovered that the “Owner” was an organisation called Made Comfy, the operator asked could I hold for 2-3 Minutes, 20 minutes later I was still on hold and by this time it was approx. 3.30pm. After making further calls from my wife’s phone we finally got a Manager, 3rd person that we spoke to and now some 40 minutes later.The manager advised that they would have someone at the property in one and a half hours, they seemed to totally miss the point regarding our 4pm commitment. At this point in time I requested a refund and cancellation of the booking enough was enough, after apologies again all round we finally agreed to have the key delivered via Uber to our daughters address.When we finally accessed the property the condition and cleanliness was about a 6 out of 10 at best, rust in the bath and dirty, freezer not cleaned since goodness knows when and someone’s knickers in the BIR, windows falling apart and the place generally in what I would describe as unacceptable working condition.The Manager Riva had said he would call me Friday to discuss compensation by Tuesday following I called him, could not connect and he finally called back in the PM and offered compensation of $93.00.Pls under no circumstances involve yourself with this rental company “Made4 Comfy” and I would strongly suggest that Air B and B disassociate itself with these people. It seems the days of actual Owners running accommodation has passed and they are now in the hands of Commercial operators with offshore answering services.Also the WiFi password we were given was incorrect and the cleaning was below parThe location was very good so close to the beach and shops but there was a bus stop right outside so not very peacefulThe photo with the window was the view unfortunately there was just a view of dead palm frondsAnd the shower heads were so high I could hardly reach them let alone adjust it down as you are supposed to be able to do with the hand held sliding shower head

Absolutely dreadful management of 54a Gloucester Street, The Rocks, Sydney. Booked a 4 night stay, arrived to find the house had not been cleaned properly with the bare minimum done. A cockroach to welcome us in the bedroom. Hair in shower drain. Thick dust and grime that had built up over years, food crumbs at the bottom of a cupboard, broken window pane and broken window fixing. Barely anywhere to put your clothes and a mirror that you could barely see the top of your head in. A very dangerous ‘rug’. Chairs which should be replaced by a set of drawers as we had nowhere to put our underwear/none hanging items. Good job we took coat hangers. No clothes rack for washing as said was provided. I emailed the following morning and the following. Got a phone call to say someone would fix the window the next day. No one turned up. Nothing mentioned about cleaning issues. I emailed a further FOUR times, even though we are now out of the house. I asked for this to be escaped to management, no reply u til yesterday when I was told a cleaner went in when we were there and the window had been fixed. Both completely untrue. Clear that MadeComfy have not bothered to inspect this property and even clearer that they do not care. I gave them plenty of chances to rectify this issue before reviewing. I will never use MadeComfy again. I hope the owners of this property will know that it’s not being looked after. Disappointed at such a terrible experience from this company.

Better stay away from these properties manage by this made comfy management. Absolute rubbish. After checked in we discovered the bed frame is broken and leaning to the left and it’s in the state that is not safe to sleep at all. I immediately called and reported about the matter but the guy on the phone says to take the mattress off from the frame and sleep on the mattress. What a joke!! We are not paying to get this kind of service and experience. He also said someone will come and have a look first thing in the morning but a guy came around 1 in the afternoon. I had to cancel all my appointments for the whole morning and wasted half a day of my itinerary just for someone to come and inspect without taken any action after that. He also said he needs to report to the team but I haven’t heard anything back from them until I checked out. I’ve uploaded all the necessary photos and statements but no response at all. I had to call direct to AIR BNB to resolve the issue. Air BNB replied my message around 11pm and told us to find another accommodation because the host(made comfy) is not resolving this issue. Or either partially refund the rent. Clearly no one wants to pay this amount of money to sleep on the broken bed end up with back pain. Stay away from this host and they don’t even deserve 1 star at all.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Only downfall was the drains were blocked in the bathroom shower and we had to clean and unblock these ourselves. Other than that, the hosts were easy to deal with and prompt to reply to any questions or concerns. Check in and out process was very easy and simple. The detached studio was also a great addition to the property. The outdoor fire pit was great for the cold nights experienced in Orange and wood was provided. Look forward to staying here again.

The perfect place to stay, couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend. Centrally located to everything, shopping, walks and waterfalls what a beautiful area. This was our home away from home and would stay here again in a heartbeat, thanks so much for having us. Mandy and James, Perth WA.

When will we the consumer be able to give no stars? From what I have read in the latest reviews not much has changed. These people are a bunch of liars, schemers and thieves! So they decided to send me an invoice for damages made by them, six months after the repairs were done.Need I remind MadeComfy, that you stole from me, you enabled thieves to steal private property from a room they (hosts) broke into. They changed the locks without my consent and withheld information knowing I had been burgled. Next time I might just share the photos of how they left my property.Still waiting on the insurance excess you promised to pay. So you know where you can take that invoice!I wish I could warn more people not to sign up with this agency there are better ones out there and for the record MadeComfy aren't even the top three!

This time we came to Australia due to a family emergency. While the details were difficult to endure, our stay at the Copa Breakers apartment (manged by MadeComfy) was excellent.The apartment is bright, spacious and extremely clean. It provided a much needed respite. The view and sounds of the surf outside the windows were particularly refreshing, and calming as well.As a artist/muralist, I truly enjoyed the mural we passed frequently on our walks up the hill, and also around town (please see photo attached). Plus, everyone welcomed us with open arms.Thank you Copa Breakers and MadeComfy! We hope to return under better circumstances. In the meantime, we recommend this special place.
