RACV

I was served by Gagan at Werribee RACV on Tuesday 17/11/20. He was really professional and responsive to my queries regarding home and contents insurance. He’s really polite and did not rush me at all. I was extremely happy with his customer service.

The staff are rude, they do not help, and they do not smile, unless you are buying the insurance from them. After you bought the insurance, they treat you like trash, they are not willing to speak a word with you. I would recommend everyone switch to another insurance provider, and I am not buying RACV anymore !!

Closed during business hours for no reason with no prior notice.

My god, what a nightmare dealing with these guys just to set up insurance. Went in store, got everything sorted- it took an HOUR though. Came home, saw some info was wrong. Rang the store multiple times during business hours, never any answer - no one called me back when I left a message either. Eventually, rang the generic RACV number, spoke to a lovely lady who fixed it for me - and said the email would come within half an hour. It didn't, rang again the next day to get that email, they sent it straight away. Got home from work, discovered the price had gone up! Rang again, after hours, helpful gentleman said he'd leave a note for the appropriate department to fix it and they will get back to me either in either two to three business days ... so it's still not even resolved.

Another Star for RACV - Silly me locked myself out of home, panic, panic.then I remembered! RACV Emergency Home Assist. I called them they arrived in about 45mins, Jason (I think) let me in within the next 5 mins.RACV you are still #1.Thanks David Tucker

Waited for about five seconds before being attended to. After half an hour, I got my car insurance sorted with roadside assist: $20 cheaper than the online quote, and $70 cheaper than my current cover.

Linda was extremely rude over the phone. She got very irritated whilst I was trying to purchase road side assist over the phone. She probably shouldn't be in customer service position.

Says its open until 10 pm but it actually closed at 5

I have nine insurance policies with RACV spending over $5,000 a year in premiums and my recommendation is 'don't ever go here to this store'. Maori/Islander girl was rude in the extreme.Based on reading other Google reviews there seems to be a common theme at this store, rude people who should not be in customer service.My reason for coming into the shop was genuine but I was told I don't get paid enough to deal with people like you

All good, got my international drivers license and pics taken in no time for my trip.
