West End Motor Lodge

Had a cottage for one nights stay and it was stunning!, comfy and felt like a home away from home.Everything was in tidy and working order, water pressure was fine.Beautiful stay, I would more than happily come back here again

Great place to stay, very comfortable.

I didn’t enjoy my stay much. The room was okay and definitely needs some renovation. There was dead fly in the drawer next to bed, no bin in the bathroom, dirty room carpets, one of the tea cups was dirty too so we used our own disposable, pillows were uncomfortable.I understand motels are supposed to offer basic amenities at a reasonable price but my expectations were a bit higher in terms of cleanliness. I stayed at Jindabyne Inn two months ago. Again, a motel but was very clean at the same price.

Stayed in few motels around the area, this maybe better.Located on a quite street, away from all other noises.Good size room with all the amenities you expect in a room. Floor carpet looks old and dirty! Sufficient lighting in the room.There were no rubbish bin available in the bathroom!The motel provide breakfast- please do not consider, its not worth the money. I was served cold breakfast!Parking can be daunting as there's no designated parking space. Enough parking spots available but, maybe bit away from your room.Reception guy at a time was busy with some stuff that he was unable to pay attention to my query!

Reception are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but are very clean and presentable. Located close to town but on a very quiet street so you don't hear traffic. Stayed here a few times on work trips and my experience has been consistently great

My biggest concern was security. The door although locked was only holding by less than 2mm of the latch as well as the door having way too much play. A decent push on the door from the outside would have probably opened it. Not sure what other rooms were like. The exhaust fan and cover in the bathroom looked like they have never been cleaned. Having been Motel managers ourselves we found West End Motor Lodge to be below the standard of a motel this size.

Staff are great and very helpful. Room was a bit outdated and maybe 1990's decor.Bed was comfortable.Bathroom seem to have a bit of mould starting to grow.

The overall experience here was exceptional. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom, how the bathroom exhaust fan was in need of a clean. This is understandable as it's one of those things that often gets forgotten.

Nice clean rooms with all the amenities, very friendly lady on reception. A pleasant 2 night stay, will return.

We were disappointed that there was no toaster, microwave or bowls ect.Other wise good.
