Poor hygiene. None of Kitchen staff wore gloves. Although it’s not a requirement, staff were touching work benches, other food, till, and to wipe their face, which made me less excited to eat the food. * correction* sanitiser bottles were visible yes, but we sat and waited inside for our food, and not one person used said sanitiser*. Customer service was adequate, but could definitely be improved, not the friendliest. Food was dry and flavourless. Could count all the chips I received on one hand for a $17 meal that was disappointing.Also not being a “lovely regular” shouldn’t disqualify me from good service and food.

Absolutely disgusting service. I've never ever been treated so poorly. Rude, abusive staff who seem to think customers should feel privileged to be served. I have to be reserved otherwise this review won't be publicised. Don't go here. Absolutely disgusting manners, completely un professional. 0 stars

Absolutely delicious fish and chips tonight. Busy with a line out the door. Took only 10 minutes from order to have the food in hand. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic business. The owners put in so much effort and given the chip shortage that has sent some people around the bend (really?) I think their customer service and what is being produced is of good value! I love being a customer here.

Minninup Road Fish and Chips
Staff very friendly and jovial and I was looking forward to my fish chips. Purchased 2 pieces sadly 1 piece was completely enedible. Could not cut with a knife. Usually fish is flaky but this was terrible and like rubber. Other piece was as it should be. Unfortunately travelling through so could not take it back.

Always rude when calling up to order chips which is fine but last straw is these chips that they reckon is because they sat in the warmer too long (10minites max) but resemble overcooked beer batter, and was told to come get my money back and hung up on for a second time
