Decades of Yoga
The classes at decades of yoga are small and Susan's experience enables her to tailor each students practice to their needs. This really helps to manage around injuries. Each class is different, so no getting bored. She covers a wide variety each month, so that you work on a different area of focus each week. It is a very friendly welcoming studio.

Decades of Yoga
Susan is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had. She has an amazing wealth of knowledge and the rare ability to convey it to students of all levels.
