The conversion of my garage to a rumpus required the first tricky task of removing panel lift door and replacing with glass sliders (000X) The short story is I can't speak more highly of True Blue Glass, the most difficult part was ensuring they would arrive on the day I removed the panel lift door, and they were on time to the hour! True Blue Glass rang to advise doors were ready for install, the held the glass for a week while I arranged to remove the door and then arrived to install on the day and time as promised meaning no unsecure property on the day I planned to remove the panel lift door..True Blue answered all questions during my consult, measured and built the custom design in quick pace, installed with care and precision and left me with nothing but a quality garage conversion.If you re looking for a reliable and trust worthy glass company in SEQ, these guys come with my highest recommendation, and I don't often do reviews!

Had a break in today and our glass door was shattered. Shaun and his team were fast (completed within 2 hours after hours) professional, well priced, did an excellent job and were absolutely lovely to deal with. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

True Blue Glass came to our property for an emergency broken window call out on the weekend. They arrived within an hour of making the call and were extremely professional. I recommend this business to anyone who is a fan of proper customer service.

I think you would have to look far to find a more unprofessional business around. Overpriced and extremely arrogant staff. Stay clear of this business, there are plenty of better options out there!Edit: Seem to be a standard reply from you guys, you pretend you haven't had anything to do with your customers instead of owning up to your poor service. I've very much had dealings with you and It'll never happen again. What a disgrace your business is. Look at your history of one star negative feedbacks, they are all consistent and the same story over again so you clearly have a problem amongst your so called 'happy customers'. Grow up seriously!

Cannot recommend This company enough, been trying to close in my garage for the past year but the quotes have been way out of touch with affordability.Managed to get the quote and install done on my glass sliding doors in 2 weeks which honestly was a huge surprise! I needed to have a broken window replaced in my main bedroom on Easter Sunday and True Blue Glass came to the rescue…I can’t thank you enough for the quick response and professional service that you provided. This is the second time I have used True Blue Glass and I will definitely use them again. There was a call out fee for the weekend (which is fair enough). The technician arrived promptly and the window was fixed very quickly. He also carefully cleaned up the broken glass as well as spray cleaned the window and surrounds. Very friendly and polite. I highly recommend.

Nothing about the experience with True Blue was good. It took a long time to receive a response to book someone in to come quote a simple job to fix one of the panels on our pool fence and re-align the gate. This is understandable given how busy everything is at the moment, however the person did not turn up to quote on the booked day which we had arranged to be home for. Eventually organised someone to provide a quote which seemed to be over priced, but we couldn't wait to organise a quote with another company to get our pool fence compliant again. In fixing the pool fence they have used their own screws (one of which is screwed into nothing) to re-attach 2 of the posts to the deck instead of the existing bolts so they are mismatched. They have also split the deck boards in two places and did not re-align the pool gate as requested.
