We were told the indoor seating was fully booked, but it was still empty when we left. We were seated outside, and waited 20 minutes for menus that never came, so we ordered at the counter. My partner and I both had carbonara. Mine was oily and lacking in bacon. It was like cream and oil had been poured over warmish penne (and hardly any bacon), but my partner's carbonara was tasty and enjoyable. Also, there were three people making pizzas in the front of the store, all of whom were wearing their masks around their chins for the whole hour we were there.

Thank heavens we didn’t take any notice of some of the negative reviews for Pinocchio’s. The 2 pizzas we had were wonderful. Lots of toppings and cooked to perfection. The bases were crispy but not tough. There were other options such as pasta and seafood and I over heard another couple complimenting the chef for their pasta dishes. Our waitress Arleena, was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and prompt service. Great to be able to dine in where all the other pizza places are only take away. Would highly recommend this place.

Ordered some take away pizzas with some trepidation because of some negative reviews. However, the pizzas had nothing wrong, and despite I was a little put off by the long predicted wait (30-40 minutes), I then noticed how busy this place was and I think the wait time was fair. The pizzas were ready as promised within the predicted wait time and the staff was courteous.

As new locals first time at Pinocchio's and have to agree with advertising......best pizza in Lakes....Great service, and for us gluten freen pizzas and service ...next visit to try the we risotto ........Well done!

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!Me and my partner both ate here last night and got seperate pizzas and BOTH GOT FOOD POISONINGI watched the ladies make the pizzas with no gloves on, picking at there skin then grabbing the cheese for the pizza. Also the same lady running the cash register, grabbing the cash was then going snd making pizzas with No glovesHonestly can’t believe places like this are still allowed to be open. Pure disgust

Do not eat at this pizza restaurant. Awful go to Myer or Lakes. Pizza sauce weak, staff didn’t make correct pizzas and paid through teeth for it. So disappointed.Microwave pizza would have been better.

Unusual place with unique decor. Served by a young girl who had only just started so still learning the ropes, she could have been better supported by the senior members of staff. Chef came out for a friendly chat. Food was okay. Choice of places in town was limited.

We were a table of 18 dining from 6pm. Our group ranged from 12 years of age to 75. The service was absolutely SECOND TO NONE. Embarrassingly I cant remember the waitresses name - slight with long dark hair. She was AMAZING. Nothing was a big deal, she had a great attitude - and checked in on us just the right amount to make our experience just perfect really. I will be leaving a review on whichever sites Pinocchio's features, and we will DEFINATELY be back. So pleased.
