Called up to order a trailer load of wood on a Saturday, I couldn't get there till late due to working all day and they were more than happy to stay open for me. They were very friendly and efficient. Good quality ironbark.

Always excellent and polite service when dealing with either Netta or Greg. Highly recommend their firewood as it is the best I have purchased over many years. They are only too happy to explain the various types of wood that can be used in a wood heater, but only recommend and sell the best wood. Keep up the good work - much appreciated, especially on cold nights!

If only I had researched prior to this purchase that there is 2 scoops per cubic meter and I was paying $100 more than most competitors per cube. Not to mention 3/4 of the load was soaking wet. I’m sure out of such a large pile of pre split wood that when turned over that not all would have been soaking wet and full of dirt.

Very easy to deal with. Pick up is always smooth and pleasant. We love the little lambs in the paddock as well. The firewood is excellent and we have a lovely warm house.

The most rude individual at pick up that I have ever met in my life. Lady on phone was nice and indicated bank transfer at time of pick up was ok. Old guy proceeded to shout at me and abuse me for not having cash. Despicable behaviour and attitude. Will take my money somewhere else next time
