I love their petit spa...so so relaxing!! Bit expensive but was definitely worth the price. My skin was super nice after the treatment and my face was almost glowing! Highly recommend if you can afford it.

I had my 1st experience in a L'Occitane store today and it was a wonderful one. The retail assistant, Caroline listened to what I was looking for and made suitable recommendations to me basedon my needs. She was friendly and welcoming and made it a lovely first experience. Will definitely be back.

Wow! These guys have customer service down pat! From the second I stepped into the store till I walked out with my beautifully packaged purchase, Nikkita was helpful and friendly. No oversell. I popped in for a gift for a friend, and the sales assistant, Pik was amazing. She showed me heaps of products I hadn't thought about and sampled me so I know I'll be back for most of those! I know she's normally at the Karrinyup store though but seriously great experience.
