Excellent, responsible company that does an amazing job. I was very happy with everything, especially the professionalism. I recommend to everyone!

When a special item went missing and we know it was on the truck they fully denied it was there and wouldn’t let us claim through their insurance. Even though they advertise they are fully insured. Family businesses- I don’t think so. False advertising. Be careful what you are getting here. Make sure you itemise everything and check it coming off. Things can be hidden behind blankets etc.

Booked a week prior to the move date, and the movers simply didn't show up. No calls, or messages after waiting hours for the movers to show.After extra follow ups from us there was no details of the drivers given upon request the day before the move date. Manager blames the 13 hour time difference for the communication issues as they forgot to pass on our details to the movers even with a follow up from us the day before.Unprofessional and simply not good enough.

Had Simi and his mate move our belongings to our new place and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They worked quickly and efficiently to safely transport our gear. Simi communicated exactly what they were going do and checked in regularly to ensure everything was as we wanted. The whole process was pleasant and it also came at a reasonable price. They were definitely worth the investment.

We booked Brizzy Movers a week prior to our move date which was confirmed via call and email. When it came to the day and the timeframe we were advised the movers would call and arrive everything went silent. We called many times, texted and emailed and got no response.The movers never showed.Never even called us to say they weren’t coming. We were left in the dark and under so much stress.Later in the day their excuse was “forgot to pass on our details to the movers & blaming the time difference as the manager was in another country”.We even with a followed up and confirmed the day before they were booked.All I can say is unprofessional and unreliable. We are very displeased and disappointed.

Hard working. Did have one issue with one item. Maria got it sorted, with both parties happy - great team.

Punctual, friendly and stuck to the time frame for moving !Highly recommend!
