Wonderful pet travel service! I used Departure Pets to fly my Toy Poodle from Melbourne to Perth and Leanne and the team were amazing. Prompt communication, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend them.

We just recently transported our pet corgi from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles, USA with Departure Pets.Our corgi is a special needs dog (with Addison's Disease specifically) and was previously turned away by another pet relocation service due to the need to administer medication during her relocation. We were disheartened as that other relocation service came highly regarded.Then we came across Departure Pets. They were incredibly accommodating from the start - they were sympathetic to our position as owners of a special needs dog and were more than happy to work with our vet to fulfil our pet's needs. There was no fuss, no hassle, and they made the process so smooth and easy for us.We highly recommend Departure Pets for any international pet transfer, but especially if you have a pet with extenuating circumstances.

I absolutely love these people. My 13 week old puppy stayed with them the night before his 2 x flights to get to me and I couldn’t be happier with how he was looked after. The staff kept me informed all the way and sent me photos of my fur baby. They truly do care as if your fur baby is theirs. Thank you all so very much, you are all fabulous!

We used Departure pets to send our 2 y/o Border Collie when relocationg from Brisbane to Stockholm. We were very anxious about Charlies journey but the clear and professional communication and guidance from Departure Pets made it a lot easier. Both Charlie and the crate were dry and clean upon collection from Arlanda. Charlie was a bit shaky when he first saw us but bounced back to his normal self very soon. I cannot recommend Departure Pets, enough.It felt like a family-run business who actually cared about your pets well-being. Jasmine arranged for my cats to be transferred from Brisbane to Melbourne, she was extremely patient and quick to respond to all my questions and has been great help. Kristen was responsible for greeting me at the airport and she was so friendly. The driver was punctual and my cats were in great hands, they landed safe and sound in Melbourne. This business genuinely cares about your pets wellbeing and safety, I cannot recommend enough.
