Would never use these people again... Wanted a watch battery replaced they forgot to put in locator pins the pink haired girl was so rude when I took the watch back to put the pins back in no apology... Nothing...

Cameron was very helpful and very knowledgeable with cutting a new key for my Imax. He also upgraded my Imax key to one with an independent lock and unlock button and pop out key. Way better than the one that came with the car from Hyundai.

Took in a pair of shoes to be altered. Straps across top just needed to be shortened so they fit a little more snuggly. Seemed like something simple l thought. Have ruined the shoes. Not only is one strap pretty much off with me just trying them on...but the workmanship is terrible. Sewing job looks awful. Glue used, which just wanted elastic piece shortened...not glued to the shoe. So l have paid $60 for shoes....$25 for repair and they can't be worn as ruined. Do not recommend

Bought item. Told by employee if incorrect I could return. Returned same day to be told to return 4 days later as he didn't have the password to do a return. Returned 4 days later only to be informed they don't do refunds. Very unprofessional!

I visited this place 6 times to sort out 2 keys.The final time I went there and explained the situation, the guy working offered to recut them again. When I collected them I highlighted the fact that there was a clear difference in the length between the original and the copies. I was then told that I would have to go to an actual locksmith and get them hand cut. (Ok, so you've given me a faulty product 6 times and you're are only just giving this advice?)I went on to ask for a refund (it was not offered), the guy said he doesn't know how to operate the system, however I could go to one of the Kotara stores and get a refund there. (Yeah sure I want to take another hour out of my day just to go there)I think it was the 4th time I went there and explained the situation, the woman working (blue hair) said something like I cant see anything wrong with the keys but I will recut them anyway". As if I was being difficult and she was doing me a favour. (I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY HOUSE BECAUSE OF YOUR SHOTTY WORK)The second time I went there

Don’t bother going here, the staff barely seem interested, one lady in particular with the tattoos and colourful everything is such a hassle, maybe customer service isn’t for you. literally try to throw money atThis place no help what so ever in regards to helping buy stuff in just seems to be put in the to hard basketTake my money elsewhere
