Was told 6 weeks ago there was spots opening up in 2 weeks, wrote an email with all the details they asked for, tried to call them back and messaged them to try to confirm that the email sent was sufficient and got completely ghosted, no call back no message back no email, just ghosted us all the while waiting for the spot that was never coming while my autistic son goes without the support he needs, could have at least told me that they were not interested so we were not waiting while nothing's coming.

Dont recommend Jigsaw 6months of using them for my daughter not one assesment was offered when questioned about why we were told excuses after excuses. They are happy to take the NDIS funding every session instead of providing a service when ask for any paper work on file to be sent no reply to emails. please do your research before using this provider.

My family had a extremely untasteful experience with this provider which had this provider take large amounts of funding without fulfilling the plan and we are still having this ongoing issue where they will not provide a invoice for the money they took be aware
