They were really efficient and professional. They were considerate of our neighbors, making sure no one had issues where they parked the truck and everyone could get in and out of their properties. We used Bris Removalists to move half our house into storage as we just put our house on the market and we used a stylist to style majority of the home.The crew were simply wonderful, and I’ll be using them to do the entire move when my place sells.

We had a horrific experience with Bris Removalists and would strongly recommend against using this company for their removalist services. Bris Removalists claim to be prompt, reliable and professional and yet based on our experience, they are anything but this. Our truck never showed up for the day it was booked, we were told it had mechanical issues. Another truck couldn't be organised for the same day and we were left hanging in limbo about where we would sleep that night with our toddler. One person showed up to partially pack our house, for which we were charged an exorbitant fee of $160 per hour for that one person. The following day, a truck that was smaller than we had booked arrived with only two people, also less than we had booked. The two people didn't even have tools to dismantle our beds. They also had to pack some items in our car because they didn't have enough room in the truck they had brought. The wardrobe boxes which we had paid for didn't have any rails, so our clothes were simply dumped and stuffed into the boxes. We were charged $169 per hour for their services on that second day, an hourly rate which the company had told us would include a large truck (which we did not get) and three people (which we also did not get). When we complained to Bris Removalists about our experience, we were repeatedly dismissed by call centre staff over email and phone, with our complaint never addressed. We move regularly and always pay higher premiums for packing services to reduce the stress of the move on our family. Bris Removalists has by far been the worst experience we had with a removalist company, and the lack of a response to our complaint and repeated follow-ups is a slap in the face, particularly given their website claim to being prompt, reliable and professional. Bris Removalists over promised and under delivered, and their customers service and complaints handling is appalling.
