Amazing product - fantastic service. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. I will be spending my Summer in the Portsea beanbag with a glass of something in my hand. It is so comfy, gorgeous colours, excellent quality - I think I want one in every colour, I love this beanbag!! I changed my mind on the colour last minute and called customer service they were great to deal with and nothing was too difficult. Do yourself a favour people!

Placed my order late on a Wednesday and then realised I had to change the address. I emailed and Geoff got back to me straight away. Although I paid express delivery, given Australia's Post restrictions at the moment, Geoff could not guarantee I would get the order by Friday (which I appreciated knowing)- but surprisingly, I did. And was exceptionally happy too with the quality of the bags. Great service, great products, highly recommended

I purchased a bean bag from here and it is amazing. It looks nice and it's big enough for a tall adult to comfortably sit on it. My kids jump on it and there are no signs of damage to the bag. I also love the inner cover. It makes washing so much easier. Very glad that I got a beanbag from here instead of a cheap Kmart one

Just received my order - it came so quickly! I ordered some pool floats in their new stripes and they are seriously great! Plus a couple of kids chairs for the grandkids. Superb quality and such a fantastic gift for the family for Christmas. I've decided to buy the matching striped outdoor lounge for a birthday, to match the pool floats. Highly recommended.

First time to use beansbagsrus, Gold Coast QLDOrdered and pain for a bean bag for my son for Christmas. The wrong bean bag arrived. Call their number and left a message with a person and no one called back. Sent an email and received a reply from Geoff Brand who said the order would be sent yesterday but still nothing has arrived.Made multiple calls to their 1800 number again and unable to talk to anyone at the company, only a person who said she is the answering service and she would leave a message for someone to call me back, and, no one has called me back.Very poor service. Very poor communication. Avoid them
