Iv been to plenty of mma/ boxing / bjj etc gyms and I honestly can say this one is at the top coach Alex is a wealth of experience in MMA in general especially grappling the gym and people there has the friendliest vibe If I hadn’t moved I would have all my children go there becuase I know how much they will learn and be taken care of , even if your passing buy have a train there for a day or 2 you won’t regret it

Trained here while studying at Charles Sturt. Great gym, full of friendly and extremely talented individuals. Will miss this gym.
