Nice service

I went to this place 4 times this week and purchased the same thing each time. The first three times the experience was smooth and hassle free. On the 4th visit I was served by a rude person who wouldn't process my order unless I had cash or an eftpos card because the total was $9.72 and not $10.00. Interestingly, this same order had been accepted on the previous 3 visits without the requirements mentioned above!Sorry FP, in 2019.. if your going to Nickle & Dime your customers with an out of date policy and be completely inconsistent about it.... I or anyone I can influence will simply shop elsewhere.Get progressive or get out of town.

My wife purchased a birthday cake here on Saturday morning and told the staff she would be back in the afternoon to pick it up. She arrived at 3:15pm to find the store had already closed - shutter closed and all lights off. The sign on the door says it closes at 4pm on Saturdays.The next day she returned to ask what had happened and the rude lady (we think is the owner) tried to lay the blame on my wife, saying that they were still open and she should have used the other door (outside of the shopping centre). My wife refused to accept the cake, as we needed it the night before, and requested a refund. The rude lady eventually gave only a partial refund, still blaming my wife even though the store had closed early (or at the very least, gave the appearance that it was closed).Absolutely terrible service, we will not be back.

Bought a sponge on the run" yesterday as a birthday cake. I paid for it and then asked them to pop it in the fridge until I returned from doing grocery shopping. Went home and stored it immediately in the fridge. Took it out to eat after dinner
