Folks! Don’t be fooled by the razzle dazzle of the website. It’s all purely smoke and mirrors.Despite stating that their Head Office on the Central Coast is in Budgewoi. There isn’t one!!Nor do they now have any plumbers to service any previous work done. Like mine.Let me explain….I had a new set of taps and under sink stop valves done for $400 in April 23’. A month later the hot water tap starts presenting solid issues.I call the plumber who installed them, sending him a video of the issue also. He tells me that the taps definitely need to be disassembled and re greased. I question how is that possible as they were only installed 4 weeks prior. Taken a back, He proceeds to tell me that he has now left the Company and I obviously need to call CASE to have the tap repaired. Which I do! As I apparently have a 12mth Warranty on the Taps with a guarantee to fix or replace them FREE of Charge, should they fail.After several calls to CASE, I am told that there is now NO-ONE who services the Central Coast and that they will have a Sydney Plumber contact me.Two weeks pass and despite chasing it up with the Head Office now located in QLD, NO- ONE does!So frustratingly after some extensive troubleshooting I have seemingly fixed the issue myself.The Owner Clinton finally messaged me to find out what the issue was. I sent him the video, a message back explaining what I had done to fix the issue and expressed my disgust in the lack of professionalism in an industry that is so competitive.Surprise! Surprise!…. I’ve heard nothing back.Choose wisely but Don’t Choose CASE!

We had our 29 year old hot water system die suddenly on a Friday night. Called Case Plumbing and we had hot water again by Monday lunchtime. Great communication, fast response, good rates, and Jesse was presentable and did everything as promised. Number saved!

I was told by two different plumbers that how I wanted the dishwasher installed was not going to happen but Clint went out of his way to make what I wanted happen and safely. He came in out of work hours to accomodate my work hours and was so efficient it was all installed in just three days. Clint makes things happen quickly and professionally. Thank you Clint and Joey

Clinton from Case Plumbing repaired a downpipe that had rusted. He has done an awesome job and his attention to detail means the joins aren't visible and his workmanship is a really high standard. Very impressed with his work and would recommend.
