I had the BEST experience at this parts store today. Old school customer service combined with a wealth of knowledge to back it up. They saved me a packet and went the extra mile for me (and my old Honda CR-V project).I don’t even live in this part of town, but I’ll still come back - again and again.Well done Burson. Always had great experiences here. They may be slow to serve (because they are so busy) but you'll always get exactly what you need. Sometimes i've been questioned about the EXACT car I need to buy something for, only to find I almost purchased something for the wrong model. Special shoutout to Nick (who has been there for many years). Nobody seems to know the aisles and makes/models better than him.

Not bad auto parts, small bursons hardly ever have the parts i need, they always at another bursons up the road.. Hard to access if going down warrigal rd, can only get there one or streets

Went in one person in store being served I waited and watched other staff walking around behind the counter no one was interested in serving me so after 5 min of standing there I left. Clearly not interested in sales. Better service from repco.
