Alan and Lynne are fantastic.The most professional and down to earth people I've met in a long time.I've had two hearing aids fitted, and with all the visits and check-ups never once did I feel like a number. Lynne and Alan offer exceptional customer service. Hard to find. I believe other businesses could learn from these guys on how to treat and care for a customer. Personalised care based on what you need. Support continues for you long after you are gone. I would give Lynne and Alan more stars if I could. I am more than very satisfied with all my needs being adequately met. Allan and Lynn make you feel very comfortable and welcome. They are caring with lots of positive suggestions and answer all questions. They are like your best friends in a very professional manner. Ensuring all COVID critical aspects were met to ensure both client and there own safety is with upmost importance.

Had an occasion recently where we urgently needed hearing aids for an older member of our family. Spoke to Lynne on the phone and organised an appointment. Allan was thoroughly professional with the examination and because it was urgent he loaned us a set of hearing aids to keep for as long as was needed. All at no cost.An amazing act of professionalism, understanding and kindness all rolled into one. Words cannot express our gratitude.Thank you Allan and Lynne.

Alan and Lynne are exceptional,at their jobs!! As a young mum with severe hearing loss they've listened to my concerns and provided such warm caring service and fitted me with such a great product, I will never go anywhere else now. Can not recommend these guys enough.
