Jake did an excellent and quick job of fixing my broken microphone in my iPhone. My iPhone had started playing up and when I called people, they could not hear me. Jake was able to diagnose the problem and show me that the microphone had come loose, probably from being dropped one too many times. I was able to wait while it was fixed and it was not long at all especially considering another place told me I had to leave my phone overnight. Jake was informative, helpful and quick in his service and I would not hesitate to go back again and recommend him to others as well. Very well priced. Thanks for getting my phone working again!

Came back here after a great experience in 2018 with the Fix My Mobile located in the city. Was charged a bit extra than expected but that was also because I messed up my LCD(?) screen. Had a few minor instances where my screen was glitching and not working properly, took it back and they were more than happy to replace my screen again once they got more stock in. Sadly I got sick with COVID and had to isolate. By the time I came back my phone was completely unusable. I thought I was going to have to pay extra to fix it as the damage was huge but they fixed it super quickly (less than 30 mins) and at no extra cost. So nice and so professional. Thank you so much guys, this means the world to a broke uni student like me haha. Definitely would recommend these guys to everyone. You might be paying a bit extra but you get a great warranty and professional, quick service

After visiting other mobile repair services and looking online I finally found a service that could repair my Samsung mobile. I looked first on their website, found the exact model of my phone, and the cost of repair. As I always do, I looked at the reviews posted, and was impressed with the overall positive reviews. Having done my due diligence, I visited their business. As an older person, there is at times a condescending attitude from a young person, but this was not my experience with Fix my mobile. The young man who served me was genuinely interested in helping me and listened to my issues. My model is one for which there is not a great deal of requests, but he looked through all of their stocks to try to find the parts. He apologised for not having the parts for my phone and spoke to his companion about when it would be ordered, which was Monday this week. It is now Wednesday, and I received a message yesterday that my phone is fixed and ready for collection. That is excellent service, for which I am very thankful.I would recommend this business to anyone who has a mobile phone that needs repair.

Great service, hassle free! My Pixel 6 Pro’s screen needs to be replaced but Google wants me to mail it to Melbourne to get it fixed, and it will take 4-7 business days! Got a quote from Fix My Mobile and they replied promptly, with a cheaper price. Took the phone to them and the service was great. Explained in details and got my phone fixed in 30min, with a cheaper price compared to Google’s authorised repairer. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. These guys make Apple look very bad. We had a cracked 8th gen screen and Apple insisted we just buy a new one. And when they finally relented and said they could fix it the boys at Fix My Mobile came in at half the price!
