Natural Tucker
Came up from Sydney to work in Salamander Bay Square for a week and this quickly became my go-to for food and coffee in the centre. I did try coffee from elsewhere but the coffee from Natural Tucker was definitely the best I tried. The food was fresh, generously portioned and not overpriced. The staff here are absolutely lovely, always with a big smile on their face and they made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place.

Nice environment, lots of vegan options. I tried their falafel wrap twice, it was very tasty. Reasonably priced, coffee tasted great. They do have GF wraps, the wrap wasn’t too good, but I believe that’s with other places too, I have tried GF wraps at other place and they were the same. They stock variety of herbal teas and spices too. So make sure to check it out if you love herbal teas. Overall, good customer service. Thank you and God bless you.

Excludes variety of health and dietary intolerance foods.The gluten free brownie is top notch and I don't exclude gluten from my diet.Coffee is really nice and not to bitter, coconut sugar is a nice touch.Service is fast and friendly, no complaints there.Drop in and try them out you may be surprised how good this shop is.

Very interesting place to go for a coffee and many other natural products available. From peanut butter made on site, dried fruits, grains and much more. Some beautiful cakes and breads to choose from.

Came for a holiday to nelson bay. Stopped of at the shopping centre and was craving a coffee. What I got was far from a coffee, worst coffee ive ever had in my life. Tasted like sugary hot water. Coffee had no taste or smell. Bought two coffee which went straight into the bin after two sips. Absolutely rubbish coffee. Waste of money.

I come here at times during the week. Always great service and magic coffee... 4 star. Seems not the same on the weekends. 20+ min to order and similar to recieve my coffee, and even then I had to retrieve it from another table. Not the first time. Coffee was luke warm and no where near the usual standard. I know they're short staffed and doing their best, but there's a point where the cafe starts going backwards.

A well stocked whole foods retailer and cafe. Nuts, grains, juices, smoothies, frozen meals, delicious treats, herbal teas and coffees with many non-dairy alternatives, plus a great range of persinal and household products. They make the best Tumeric lattes on soy.. and I've had a few. A tasty, healthy option available every day conveniently located in the Salamander Bay Square.
