Friendly local gym. What it lacks in size it makes up for in new equipment, friendly helpful trainers, long opening hours and local community feel. Thoroughly recommend it. Doesn't get crazy busy like the big commercial gyms and there is always equipment available.

I love this gym, it may be small but the equipment is always available and clean and it has a great community vibe. The staff are really friendly and it has long opening hours. It isn't full of intimidating muscle heads, just happy people getting fit!

A wonderful place to chill out AND get fit. There are all types of exercises one can do including exercising your voice with others and your hearing with audiobooks.

A great gym with all the equipment needed to help with getting fit! Both the PT’s I’ve had over the past couple of years (Nathan and Scott) have been brilliant in motivating and guiding me to achieve my fitness goals.

If you are after a no frills Gym with long opening hours this is the one for you!The staff are friendly and unobtrusive and the equipment is mostly new and well serviced. There is not a huge range of devices, but there is a free weights room, machine weights room and cardio room.There are a small number of classes run by the enthusiastic team, the Monday boxing class is a great cardio burst and good fun!Once a member a swipe card gives you 6am-10pm access weekdays and until 7pm on weekends...so perfect for the person with a busy schedule!!Only negative is that it can get busy around 6-7pm, but with reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere it is.a small price to pay...worth checking out if you are in the Dulwich Hill area!

The gym fired my PT who I’d been with for almost a year with no notice to me or the PT. Called me moments after doing this to try and shuffle me onto another PT.The week prior to this they were painting the inside of the gym during operating hours so we had the luxury of breathing in paint fumes while only having access to less than half the gym but still got to pay full price.I called to cancel my membership and was told I’d have to come in, so went in to cancel, was told I had to give four weeks notice despite them not giving me that courtesy when firing my PT, was told I could still use the gym during this time but was then told to hand in my pass.So despite paying full price for my membership for the last 4 weeks, was only allowed to access it during staffed hours as I’d otherwise have no way of getting inside.The equipment is constantly broken, there’s no AC so the gym is brutal in the summer, and the staff that’s left is not what I’d call knowledgeable or friendly. Would not recommend this gym to anyone.

the place lacks light, some machines looked dirty, it has an ugly smell and the person at the reception attends very quickly that does not pay attention to the detail of treating a client with pleasure

Unfortunately, you have to give a rating to leave a comment. This gym isn’t worth even the 1 star.This place is ridiculous. I moved to the area thinking this place might be a friendly place to train, however all they tried to do is rip me off.So many issues, I cannot be bothered writing them all here. I’m cancelling my memebership, however that costs $200 or so.. funny they have a cancellation fee, accomplanied with a lock in contract.If you’d like a memebership, try before you buy - TRUST ME YOU WONT STAY HERE.
