Beautiful quality and comfortable shoes, usually made of soft leather which is perfect for me as I've sprained my ankle numerous times. Bit pricey but worth it for the quality. Best time to buy is when there's a buy first pair and second pair is 50% off!

Rude, snappy service. I called the store with a simple stock enquire and the staff member who I’d prefer not to name was dismissive, blunt and aggressive.

Was at the store on 24/03/23 because I had an issue with my online order. The shoes I received was creased and I wanted to exchange it. Sarah S who was helping me and explained they did not have my size then Stacey came across. She did not greet me or acknowledge me. She told me I have to get a store credit. I argued that it was not a change of mind , and I should be refunded. Stacey said “I’m going home, just do it” and left the store. I was extremely disappointed by this. Sarah S was lovely and helpful. Sarah S then confirmed the size I was looking for and realised they did have stock at the warehouse and ordered me a pair. I suggest sending Stacey on a Customer Service course.

Bad staff they never smile

Jo Mercer is always a lovely experience wherever you go. Tonight I came in with a fairly complicated request, and Michelle did an absolutely stellar job of taking care of the situation and I left the store with the best possible outcome. Thanks so much!
