Came in for a quick meal. Ordered the special fried rice and the sweet and sour pork. It was absolutely delicious!! Will be back when in Paynesville next!!

We’ve made this place our Friday take away every week because it’s just that good. Service is exceptional, when leaving you know that your custom is appreciated by the staff. Although it’s not on the menu they do an amazing curry.

I have spent a week in Paynesville in Jan and had takeaways for six ppl at this Chinese Restaurant twice. Very delicious and service is friendly. My family thinks the taste is better than many local Chinese takeaways in Melbourne. So big thumb up for the chef!

Ordered 4 dishes from Seaview Kitchen: BBQ pork chow mien, special friend rice, beef with seasonable veg, and pork with Peking sauce. Every dish was delicious! Massive portion! Better than some Chinese restaurants in Melbourne! We were really pleasantly surprised. It was very good value for money. Very friendly service. Highly recommend!

Wow!! I have never written a review, but this humble family run restaurant deserves one. The food is made with love, served with such generosity and friendliness and the food is exceptional. Paynesville and surrounds are so fortunate to have you here. No need to go into the city for authentic Chinese food.

Really nice family owned restaurant. Carmel is a delight to deal with and a gem!Great and friendly service, great food and reasonably priced.Not your usual Western style Chinese food.Good parking and our second time here.Very nondescript to look, but tidy and clean.Thank you
