A good feeling right away on entering the store. Everythimg is where you can find it, all the shelves well stocked and tidy. Prices are a bit higher but they reflect the care and quality of the products and the service. Five stars! Oh, the lanes are wide enough for gophers, very important.

I had an amazing experience previously at Drakes.As i’m from insterstate and never been to Drakes before, I was unaware of the store layout and aisles.I approached a lovely young employee named Tristan and he was outstanding at assisting me with my shopping and advice. Great overall knowledge of item locations!Was a great store! Will definitely be back!

So great for a quick drop-in and shop. Staff are very helpful. Tidy store and not often they are out of products except last night I tried to get a loaf of white bread and all sold out. Shows good turnover of stock and fresh bread though, I just need to get there earlier than I did!

Pleasant place to shop. Very clean, modern and well set out. Wide aisles. Good selection of products at competitive prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sufficient checkouts staffed. Good alternative to the other supermarkets.

Overall my day at Drakes was not as pleasant as expected, I was doing my daily shop for mums milk and some rice crispy puffs and suddenly a young face pops past and tells me my AirPod had fallen out my ear.I don’t know if had stolen it and then felt bad so he told me it fell out or he just wanted to annoy me doing my daily shop but overall he made me extremely uncomfortable and the heavy breathing whilst talking to me was quite overwhelming.Would not recommend drakes it’s a 3 star for me.

Just like all Drake's the price gouging is through the roof. For a store claiming low prices I sure haven't observed it
