Luca has helped us on two occasions. First time it was an emergency on the weekend, and he attended very quickly & fixed the plumbing issue. He is very considerate, polite, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend him & will certainly call him again.

Luca came trumps again. First met him as the RACV Emergency service provider, this time as the fixer for an RACV stuff up.RACV left me with a disconnected, uncapped mains connection, open to contamination, no water service, and on the Sunday of the Kings Birthday Long weekend.Luca responded to sort out the problem.Thank you Luca, pleasure dealing with you and your business again, and will be ongoing for me.Highly recommended.Photo is how the RACV left the job !

Luca has done so much to help me and my wife make the best choices in every aspect of his work restoring and renovating our home.His attention to detail is the gold standard. Valco plumbing has remedied many issues in our older home where I inherited some quirky and tricky issues including installing an automated water pump in our cellar, bathroom repairs, a second bathroom and laundry total refit, installing a mains filtered drinking system, removing an old gas heater and a variety of other jobs.Luca’s work ethic is simple; do the job once, to the highest standard without compromises. Finding tradespeople like Luca is not easy.

Called Luca over the Christmas break for a plumbing leak. He was very quick to respond, and very personable on-site. Knew exactly what he was doing and came up with a neat little solution for a tricky issue to prevent further problems down the track. Very respectful on-site - would highly recommend.

Luca is our family plumber - he is very friendly and reliable. He helped us to fix the leaking roof, redone the gas line and lots of other stuff. He is highly skilled with so much experience.
